PEMF (Pulse Electro-Magnetic field) therapy sends magnetic energy into the body. These energy waves work with our body's magnetic field to enhance healing. The magnetic field helps us increase electrolytes and ions. This naturally affects electrical changes at the cellular level and affects cellular metabolism. It works with our body's own recovery processes and helps relieve chronic pain. Best of all, it's completely safe.
After all, the human body needs electricity to send signals around the body and to the brain. PEMF therapy can more or less rearrange the electrical voltage in our cells. When the cell is stimulated, it allows positive charges to enter the cell in the open ion channel. The inside of this cell becomes positively charged, which will trigger other electrical currents that turn into pulses. This can have a positive effect on movement, healing and signaling throughout the body. Any disturbance in electrical currents can cause dysfunction or disease. Pulsed PEMF therapy helps restore this electrical current disturbance to normal, promoting overall well-being.
Some of the most common benefits of this therapy include:
1. Improves the body's natural recovery process
2. Eliminates cellular dysfunction throughout the body
3. Stimulates and trains cells to recharge
4. Gives patients more energy naturally
5. Improves athletic performance
6. Reduces inflammation and pain
7. Helps in faster recovery from injury
Chronic pain (pain that lasts longer than 12 weeks even with treatment) has a variety of underlying causes. PEMF therapy may not cure them, but it can help reduce the pain symptoms associated with them. Reducing people's pain is important because dealing with chronic pain can seriously affect their ability to function and reduce their quality of life.
Many of the health effects of PEMF can be related to chronic pain. For example, inflammation can contribute to many chronic pain conditions, and reducing it can help reduce pain symptoms. Similarly, improving blood circulation can help reduce pain, as can muscle tissue stimulation. Enhancing cellular renewal, improving the immune system, and aiding in bone healing are all ways in which PEMF therapy can help people recover from chronic pain. PEMF therapy is non-invasive, reduces inflammation, improves circulation, and produces pain-relieving effects. This makes it a popular treatment for people suffering from chronic pain. These results have been tested in clinical trials showing that PEMF therapy is an effective treatment for these conditions, including:
1. fibromyalgia
2. back pain
3. cervical osteoarthritis
4. knee osteoarthritis
5. rotator cuff tendinitis
6. chronic postoperative pain.
In all of these cases, PEMF therapy reduced pain, and many patients also reported higher levels of well-being and lower levels of disability. There are also few, if any, side effects when using PEMF therapy. This makes it an attractive treatment option compared to invasive surgery or pain medications that may have side effects. PEMF therapy is a safe, non-invasive treatment option with virtually no side effects that can help treat chronic pain, reduce pain levels, and improving performance and well-being.

Once you become more aware of the challenges that come with poor circulation, you will better understand how using PEMF therapy can correct circulation problems. Here are some of the many symptoms of poor circulation in the body:
1. Numbness, complete loss of feeling in the hands, fingers, feet and legs. This can occur at any time and is dangerous as it leads to or indicates nerve and tissue damage.
2. Sensitivity of feet, legs, fingers and hands to low temperatures. This can happen at any time, even for those who live in climates where winter weather is unlikely.
3. Severe fatigue is a problem for those who exercise little. Move! Even short walks can improve your circulation.
4. Dry or scaly skin. Moisturizers can help, but remember that if your circulation is the source of the problem, you need to improve your circulation at the source.
5. Swelling of any limb. Swelling can be caused by inflammation and can cause pain. Claudication is a medical term used to describe pain caused by swelling. This can also cause varicose veins when they appear on the legs. A blockage in blood flow is the source of the problem and can eventually cause massive swelling and pain.
6. Shortness of breath and possible heart problems. Poor circulation can cause serious heart problems. If you have shortness of breath or have occasional bouts of chest pain, this could be due to poor circulation. Your heart is a serious matter. Don't wait to talk to your doctor about your health risks.
Some of these symptoms may apply to you, but remember that you don't have to present all of the symptoms to know that your circulation isn't working properly. Even if you only have one symptom, you should talk to your doctor about it.
Those struggling to manage their diabetes may also have poor circulation, resulting in symptoms that make them think circulation is to blame rather than blood sugar. A great example is itchy skin. While poor circulation can cause your skin to become dry or flaky, localized itching usually only occurs in people with diabetes.
PEMF improves blood flow by:
1. Reducing inflammation that restricts blood flow
2. Providing energy to cells and prevents red blood cells from clumping together
3. Expanding capillaries for improved microcirculation

Our immune system is our primary line of defense against potential pathogens. It is a large system or network of organs, white blood cells, proteins (antibodies), and chemicals that work together to protect you from foreign invaders (bacteria, viruses, parasites, and fungi) that cause infection, disease, and illness.
General guidelines by WHO for a good immune system are:
1. Don't smoke.
2. Eat foods with lots of fruits and vegetables.
3. Exercise regularly.
4. Maintain a healthy weight.
5. If you drink alcohol, drink only in moderation.
6. Make sure you get enough sleep.
7. Take measures to prevent infection, such as frequent hand washing and thorough cooking of meat.
8. Try to reduce stress as much as possible.
All of these are specifically indicated for general health and well-being. However, it takes time and generally needs to be maintained over a long period of time to see any visible signs of a strong immune system.
Another emerging option is pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy. In addition to defending the body against pathogens, the immune system also plays an essential role in tissue regeneration after tissue damage. The immune response to tissue injury is critical in determining the efficiency and speed of the healing process, including the extent of scarring and restoration of organ function. However, the immune system does not always play a complementary role in regeneration. In fact, it can be proven that in many cases, with increased inflammation, the regeneration process can be severely hindered. Furthermore, after injury, the immune system is responsible for maintaining a delicate balance between pro-inflammatory and pro-regenerative immune cells. Therefore, the regulation of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokine secretion during different stages of the inflammatory response is necessary to modulate immunity and promote skin regeneration.
PEMF therapy can prove to do just that. Consistent results from studies involving animal and human tissues have shown great potential for the use of PEMF as an alternative or complementary treatment to pharmaceutical therapies in the management of inflammation. Thus, PEMF therapy could provide a new non-pharmaceutical means of modulating inflammation in injured tissues, resulting in improved functional recovery and reduced risk of more severe disease.

There is a simple and repetitive action that happens mostly without thinking. All living things must do this in order to continue living. This elementary process is called breathing and is responsible for supplying air to our body. It is impressive to think how a basic act can be indispensable in providing the ability to live. It is important to understand how to increase our oxygenation.
First, the process of breathing takes place through the respiratory system, a biological structure that is responsible for gas exchange, specifically for bringing oxygen into the lungs and exhaling carbon dioxide. Oxygenation occurs when this element is provided to the body, including tissues and organs, allowing it to function properly along the way. What happens if the correct distribution is affected for any reason? Health problems start to appear. It usually manifests itself in several ways when the respiratory system has any problems. As a result, not only breathing is affected, but also the circulatory system due to the stretched relationship between the two. PEMF therapy can help you improve successful absorption and improve the health of your blood circulation in the same way.
The cardiovascular and respiratory systems work in harmony. To ensure the correct development of one of these, the other must also be in excellent condition. The precise exchange involves small cells located in the lungs called alveoli and capillaries present as red blood cells. PEMF can benefit both systems by optimizing ATP production and consequently more energy.
PEMF can help with oxygenation. When an individual uses PEMF, it helps to open the alveoli while increasing the amount of blood interacting with the lungs to increase flow and oxygenation. This important action is directly related to the amount of this element in hemoglobin.
Based on research by PEMF expert Prof. Bryant Meyers (2013) after studying this effect found that the benefits were clearly evident after only 8 minutes on the PEMF therapy mat. This helps optimize your body's ability to take in the air you breathe and extract the oxygen that is natural for life, while releasing toxic carbon dioxide as a waste product.*

Several factors can contribute to inflammation, including injury, tissue damage, poor local circulation with edema formation. Inflammation causes pain. Swelling and bruising are inflammation and discoloration of soft tissue caused by impact injury or trauma. It can also be the result of surgery.
Tissue cells are themselves like tiny, electrically charged machines. When a cell is traumatized, its electrical charge is reduced; this causes normal cellular functions and operations to stop. The body releases chemical signals that cause inflammation, swelling, and bruising that cause pain and inhibit the cellular communication pathways needed to initiate healing.
Numerous clinical studies have shown that PEMF therapy is successful in reducing inflammation. PEMF therapy treats the cellular source of swelling by recharging the cells with a mild electromagnetic current. This stops the release of mediators of pain and inflammation, reduces inflammatory fluids and allows increased blood flow, i.e. increased oxygen intake, so cells heal faster with less swelling, pain and bruising.

If you have trouble sleeping, you should get PEMF. Not only will you feel deeply relaxed, but you'll sleep well at night.
PEMF therapy is known to relax the body, mind and help release human growth hormone and melatonin. These hormones are key to improving sleep and longevity. Most people who have used PEMF therapy will say that they slept well the night after the therapy. With theta-delta frequencies, the mind will be relaxed, and after that you will sleep well. Melatonin is considered a critical hormone that improves sleep and slows aging. PEMF therapy will stimulate the pineal gland so that melatonin is produced. On the other hand, human growth hormone plays a key role in ensuring good sleep, and PEMF will help the body to produce it. While you are in deep sleep, HGH and melatonin will be produced, which have anti-aging elements.
PEMF therapy promotes deep sleep, ensuring that the body is well recharged and provides you with enough energy to carry out daily activities. Sleep problems need to be addressed if you want to enjoy quality sleep. This is crucial because sleep heals and rejuvenates the body. Everyone should get enough sleep.

Stress is one of the most important challenges we face today due to life's burdens and pressures. We can experience stress while disciplining children, managing finances, or managing difficult relationships. Stress triggers are everywhere. We cannot avoid this.
Some stress is healthy and appropriate in certain situations, even necessary to ensure we can perform when needed, such as for exams or an important presentation. Chronic long-term stress, however, has the opposite effect. It negatively affects our mental and physical health. Stress is often accompanied by depression and/or anxiety and can be harmful. Signs that stress is becoming toxic are when it begins to affect lifestyle, relationships and work.
Some of these symptoms may be all too familiar (from WebMD):
1. insufficient energy,
2. headaches,
3. diarrhea, constipation and nausea are symptoms of an upset stomach,
4. pain, as well as tense muscles,
5. chest pain and rapid heartbeat,
6. insomnia,
7. colds and infections are common,
8. loss of sexual desire and/or ability,
9. nervousness and shaking, ringing in the ears, and cold or sweaty hands and feet are symptoms of anxiety,
10. dry mouth and difficulty swallowing,
11. clenched jaw and grinding of teeth,
12. constant anxiety,
13. thoughts that race,
14. disorganization and forgetfulness,
15. inability to concentrate Poor judgement,
16. being pessimistic or seeing only the negative.
PEMF, or pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, induces relaxation that can be felt throughout the body. According to an article by Bryant Meyers, PEMF significantly helps the body slow down and relax, and directly rewires the nervous system to a more parasympathetic response.
When you feel stressed, your body responds by releasing hormones that raise your blood pressure and heart rate. This is called the stress response and involves the sympathetic nervous system going into overdrive. When you feel relaxed, your blood pressure and heart rate decrease. This is called the relaxation response.

Low energy levels are a problem of the modern world. Medical research has proven that our cells become tired and worn out due to age, stress, overuse or injury.
Decaying cells are unable to fight off harmful pathogens. Just as your cell phone shuts down when the battery dies, your mitochondria—the battery packs of your cells—need a steady voltage to maintain optimal performance.
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy sends electromagnetic energy into every cell in your body, flooding it with energy. This energy stimulates sluggish cells and recharges your system, increasing circulation and oxygenation, increasing your physical energy.
PEMF stimulates the production of melatonin and human growth hormone (HGH), which are crucial for deep relaxation and sleep. Better quality sleep increases your energy, improves your mental focus and your overall health. Play harder, sleep better, heal faster.

When using PEMF therapy, to be ready and recover, it is crucial that you work continuously for long periods of time, and the healing happens quickly. The treatment will activate the muscles and produce energy. Cellular energy will also increase.
In addition, PEMF therapy will offer a moderate method to activate heat stress protein production prior to exercise. Proteins will stop cell breakdown and support rapid recovery after severe injury.
Recent studies have shown that PEMF therapy will increase oxygen uptake by the muscles by 1%. This will be enough to improve performance and durability. The treatment will also trigger the development of blood vessels, which will aid circulation and repair body tissues.
If you train occasionally, you will feel less soreness after the workout. Competitive athletes will have a shorter recovery time, especially during intense training. In general, however, you will have a healthy body that is less prone to injury.

Healthy bones are essential for a healthy life as they provide the framework to keep the body active. A stronger body frame will increase our ability to function for longer periods of time. The more activity we maintain, the healthier we will be on many levels.
As we age, osteoporosis (decreased bone density) can develop, leading to bone weakness and a greater chance of fractures.
Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields (PEMF) stimulate bones to continue bone development and replace weak bone structure without the harmful side effects of hormone therapies. PEMF also helps with calcium absorption, which is vital for bone health.
Long-term treatment of the whole body is recommended. Osteopenia/osteoporosis is not limited to the hip and spine. Bone mineral density testing is usually performed only on the lumbar spine and hip. It is clear that osteopenia/osteoporosis involves the entire skeleton with an increased risk of fracture anywhere in the body, not just the spine and hip.
PEMF cannot be relied upon as the sole treatment. They should be combined with proper nutrition, supplements, exercise and proper hormone regulation or replacement.

Prof. dr. Zmago Turk, MD, an academic who has been engaged in research in the field of electromagnetic therapy for 30 years, told med.over.net:
"Magnetic therapy is one of the methods of the physical therapy program. We have been using it at UKC Maribor for almost 30 years, we were among the first to research this therapy. We organized extended research groups connected to the Faculty of Medicine in Graz, and thus the Maribor School of Magnetotherapy was formed. So far, we have done the most research on the effect of low-frequency magnetic fields on bone healing and found that fractures treated with magnetic therapy heal almost a third faster than fractures without it.
The essence of magnetotherapy is to improve the circulation, thereby also the oxygenation of the injured or sick area, which contributes to faster healing of the disease. In therapy, we use a low-frequency magnetic field of low strength. It does matter who prescribes magnetic therapy, as it can also cause complications. Magnetotherapy affects the cell and its components and thus treats the pathological process. As a result of the action of the magnetic field on the cells, microvibration of the cellular structures occurs, which causes the metabolic products to be flushed out - the blood supply to these areas improves.
Our experience is related to research activity over the last thirty years. We investigated bone growth, the treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy, and later the impact of magnetotherapy on degenerative diseases of the locomotor system. We use this magnetotherapy in our daily therapeutic program and we are always looking for new approaches. The downside is that the therapy has to be carried out longer (from 4-6 weeks), which is often not possible in public health institutions."
PEMF therapy is a non-invasive treatment method that has no harmful side effects if used correctly. It is used for various medical conditions and problems, which is why an examination and consultation with a therapist is recommended before using the therapy, even for home use.
In certain cases, only some accompanying reactions are possible, but they are desirable, as they are a sign that the body is responding to the therapy.
PEMF therapy has little to no negative side effects, but people with certain conditions should not use it due to health precautions. These are:
- pregnant women and children up to the age of 2 (the effect on them has not yet been studied),
- people with a pacemaker (due to the hypersensitivity of the device),
- in the case of a malignant tumor, it is not recommended (the literature is rare and contradictory),
- in the case of bleeding of any etiology. Treatment improves blood flow to the tissues, so bleeding may increase. For this reason, magnetic therapy can only be started when the bleeding has stopped and the body's regeneration has begun,
- in the case of pain of unknown origin, your doctor must first be consulted, and only in case of their consent, the device can be used after establishing the diagnosis,
- in the case of epileptic patients, patients treated with immunosuppressive therapy, and patients with infectious diseases that cause high fever, should not use the device.
A lot of clinical research and scientific studies have already been done on the use of PEMF therapies for the treatment of various diseases. It has been studied from effects on arthritis, bone fractures, Parkinson's disease, to high blood pressure and diabetic feet. You can see links and what reffer to on our website here:
